Group and Team Coaching
Have you ever been in a group training session at your local fitness club? Remember how you pushed yourself to complete one more rep of the toughest exercise? Similar to group training for fitness, group coaching is an opportunity to accelerate your development and push through barriers with the support of the other members of your group. Groups are capped to 4 -6 participants
Workshops
The sessions, which are comprised of diverse individuals, focus on themes of discovering your Purpose, What is Getting in the Way, How to get what you want, while being who you want, From there we will help you visualize and create the next year of your life from “I get to” or “want to” not “HAVE TO”

One thing I’ve discovered from 20 years of coaching high school football is that for me coaching was more than playing games and yelling at teenage boys. The thrill I receive from helping people set goals on the edge of what they think is possible and then systematically breaking barriers and obstacles to achieve their goals is way more exciting than any US vs THEM score.

I transitioned to Career and Life coaching because I had an awakening. I learned to value how I chose to use my time. I learned that those “some day” goals will never happen if I do not take a step towards these goals “today.” I have a passion for helping people achieve. I feel the thrill of seeing them achieve their goals and dreams. Nothing is more fulfilling to me than seeing people living a life created from the highest vision of themselves.
